We at Sanaatan Group believes in systematic and committed introspection to ensure that our actions and behaviours are consistent with our fundamental selves, our personal truths, and serves to bolster self-confidence and self-assurance and the vibrating frequency of our own energy. We periodically delve into the roots of our consciousness to try to understand the basis of our thinking, our feelings, our desires, our paradigms, and our biases.
The power of personal truths goes well beyond identifying them. They reside in our resolve to actively confirm them, commit to them, and act on them. Once personal truths are defined and clarified, they give us the potential to create powerful energy within us and others. Understanding our personal truths, really understanding them, is essential because they are the expression of our true selves. When we understand our personal truths, we liberate our fundamental energy and give ourselves the opportunity to amplify it. This amplified energy gives us increased power, which resonates throughout the organization.
We have evolved in the Corporate World because the conditions just happened to be suitable. It did not require a “DESIGN PLAN” rather it was pure chance. We just happened to have evolved into what we are today by chance, natural selection, transformation, survival and just plain luck that we were not knocked down on our way. We humbly believe that events were designed in such a way that our development was a necessary outcome. We think it just happened and equally, may not have happened.
We firmly believe that that society at large had been instrumental in sharpening our vision and shaping our destiny and now at this stage it is our duty to stand by the society while pursuing our next milestones.
